Dino is a former Advisor and Spokesperson to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (2004–2010), Indonesian Ambassador to the United States (2010–2013), and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs (2014). Dino retired from government in 2015 and currently serves as Chairman of the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI).

In 2025, he founded Indonesia Inovasi Sehat (IIS) with Prof. Dr. Tjandra, out of their concern about the ongoing gap between global medical innovation and access to healthcare in Indonesia. Dino envisions IIS as a single-front door "Satu Pintu", facilitating access for hospitals and clinics to world-class, proven, ready-to-use medical technology to improve the effectiveness and quality of healthcare services in Indonesia.

Prof. dr. Tjandra is a pulmonology specialist, academic, and public health expert who serves as Director of the Postgraduate Program at YARSI University and Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia (FKUI). He has a long track record in the health sector, including serving as Director General of Disease Control and Environmental Health at the Indonesian Ministry of Health and Director of Communicable Diseases for the World Health Organization (WHO) South East Asia Regional Office (SEARO).

Prof. dr. Tjandra is also known for his active involvement in public education, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, and has received numerous awards for his contributions to the health sector in Indonesia and International.

Rodney is a global health innovation leader with extensive experience across the United Kingdom, Japan, and Southeast Asia, specializing in improving patient outcomes and expanding market access. He has advised hundreds of early and growth-stage health-tech companies on clinical validation, regulatory pathways, partnerships, and financial strategies, particularly in aging, digital health, and chronic disease management.

By creating collaborative platforms that unite public and private stakeholders, Rodney accelerates cross-border innovation, supports evidence generation and investment readiness, and helps new technologies reach patients efficiently, fostering sustainable healthcare ecosystems and broader access to advanced care worldwide.

Since 2018, Cindy has been a Program Manager at the Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI), where she manages high-level events and partnerships on global issues. In 2024, she expanded her international exposure as a Visiting Research Fellow at the Japan Institute of International Affairs, focusing on regional policy and cross-border collaboration.

She also has experience as an Executive Secretary for Cognifyx Singapore (Indonesia office), supporting organizational operations and stakeholder engagement. Her combined expertise in diplomacy, research, and executive management strengthens Indonesia Inovasi Sehat (IIS)’s mission to connect global health innovations with Indonesia’s healthcare ecosystem.

Arvito is a business development professional with over 7 years of experience in strategic consulting, market research, and B2B partnership development across Southeast Asia. He has led numerous market entry projects, particularly in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors, helping International companies navigate local market landscape, regulations and build strategic alliances in Indonesia.

At IIS, Arvito is responsible for driving growth through strategic planning, partnership development, and the expansion of innovative healthcare solutions. With a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural collaboration, he is passionate about creating impactful, sustainable strategies that enhance public health access across Indonesia.
